Returns & Replacements
We want you to love your Ring products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all included accessories and components.
Start Your Return
Log into your Ring account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the device and all original accessories into the box, seal it, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned device, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
